Yeah, but it's not just Namor. It's a general trope in superhero comics. Superman's done it, Hulks...probably done it, had it done to him.

Why do you think Jonah's been calling them all a menace for years?

He's seen the statistics for how much of the city budget has to be spent replacing lamp posts and street signs when superheroes rip them up like this
