Connor Hawke confirmed as asexual in DC Pride 2022
DC have confirmed the long suspected status of Connor Hawke as asexual.
Since his introduction back in 1994, Connor Hawke, son of Oliver Queen and one time Green Arrow himself, has been speculated to be asexual, due to the complete lack of any romantic interest introduced in any series, though his being raised in a secluded monastery was also suggested as a reason for his lack of interest in such things.
He was recently reintroduced into the DCU for, I think, the first time since pre-Flashpoint, in the pages of the Robin series, as one of the combatants inMortal Kombat - DCU Lazarus Tournament, as a world class martial artist.

And he is returning in DC Pride as a trio of ace creators Ro Stein, Ted Brandt, and letterer Frank Cvetkovic, tell a tale involving him fighting Music Meister (debuting in the DCU mainstream continuity from his origins in the Batman: Brave and the Bold cartoon lo these many years past), whilst mentally composing a letter to his mother, coming out as ace to her.
Addenda - The story editor, Andrea Shea, has confirmed that;
He’s asexual and alloromantic! Connor’s said explicitly (in the mid-2000s GA run) that he IS a romantic who does want a relationship, his hesitations have historically always been around sexual intimacy specifically.

Re: Mod Note!
Critique their work to your hearts content, we encourage that, but leave personal comments about the creator out of it.

Re: Mod Note!
Do not make personal attacks*, issue insults, threats or express wishes of bodily harm in posts or comments. This applies to comments to both other members in the community and the creators whose work is being discussed. We welcome critical opinions, but please try to concentrate on the work rather than the person. If you can't do so without resorting to personal attacks or passive aggression, then that's probably a sign that you should take a step back from the conversation.
So call out Warren Ellis and ComicsGates creators for their actions by all means, but that doesn't require calling them assholes or idiots, their actions speak for themselves.
