Ok, I've had little interest in this series so far, but if they are introducing Jason, that changes things.

Could you please give me a quick summary of the current status of this AU's Batfamily? That is to say, whether Bruce, Dick, Tim, Damian, Steph and Alfred are alive, and whether they are still good guys and still get along.

Alfred is dead and I don't think Damian or Steph have been introduced yet. Tim exists but we haven't seen much of him yet.

The rest of it is complicated. Bruce had effectively alienated the rest of the Batfamily at the start of the series as he had become pretty violent but he eventually realized he had lost his way and is trying to make amends with them. The current status quo is that he willingly outed himself to the public and allowed himself to be put in prison (although he's since escaped because of what's going on with Batman Beyond which is another thing).
