Iron Man and Doctor Doom have a time travel adventure in Camelot. While Iron Man gangs out with King Arthur, Doom seeks out Morgana le Fey.

I guess this would make Iron Man the Ash in this story. Although, he hasn't called anybody primitive screwheads yet.

Well, Tony does get some "sugar" from a handmaiden who's sent to take care of him. It may seem like a bad idea to have sex with a 5th century rando, but if anyone carries condoms in their superhero armor, it's Tony Stark.

Or maybe the handmaiden was a distant relative and by sleeping with her Tony ensured the continuation of his family line. The Grandfather Paradox or somesuch?

I like to think that Dr. Doom battle cry would be “Curse, you Richards!” While shaking his fist.

No, no, no. That's the end of the Latvarian National Anthem. The salute is to shake your fist angrily in the air and just scream, "RICHAAARDS!!!!"

I imagine the Latverian National Anthem to be like the Kazakhstan National Anthem from Borat, or like the God Save the King/Queen with various words replaced by Doom.

'Doom save our gracious Doom,
Long live our noble Doom,
Doom save Doom'

No mention of God saving Doom obviously, for Doom needs no paltry gods to save him!

Did Doom and Le Fay wind up dating for a while when one or the other was time traveling, or was that just fanon?

They date and they have a daughter Caroline Le Fay. She's in the modern era and older than her father, Morgana thought the Summers way of raising your kids was best.

At least Morgana reached the present day by just living through the intervening 14 centuries rather than crossing her own timeline to pop up at a suitably dramatic moment.

Dang, I was hoping to get to see some Iron Man here, too.

Seems like whenever scans of them going back here come up, it's always centered on Doom.

(If you look closely, Iron Man is actually in one of the panels posted. So these pages do *technically* include Iron Man).

The sequel story in Michelinie and Layton's second Iron Man run had some great moments as well.
