And seems to be more jacked than regular Namor to boot...

Something even worse, he proved beyond a shadow of ALL scientific doubt that RICHARDS!!!!!! was RIGHT!

All that was revealed at first in MC2 was that Doom destroyed Atlantis and Namor retaliated and attacked Latveria and their fight wrecked it before they both vanished.

Later Events revealed that Namor won the fight and did something else to Doom but didn't kill him wanting him to suffer which of course led to Doom coming back and being typical Doom leading to his Hubris screwing over him and Reed.
