Even reduced to an inanimate rock, Death still manages to leap out the nearest window to get away from Thanos. Dude, take the hint. That's some next level rejection right there.
I mean, there WAS a time where things were fine and dandy after Drax tore out Thanos's heart. He and Death were happy together...until Oblivion decided to bring him back...which went into the Cancerverse thing and suddenly Death was snubbing him again.
As for every universe, there was Earth X where Death convinced Thanos she was his mother. Turns out he was just a Skrull, so he shot her with the Ultimate Nullifer. The only word she ever spoke was her last. "Wait..."
