Michael Collin designs cybernetic prosthetics for Cybertek. One day he finds evidence of shady dealings and tries to report it to his superiors. To keep him quiet, Collins is forced to become the test subject for Cybertek's new cyborg soldier.
It’s been a while since I last saw the old “can’t, must” bit.
It won't surprise anybody when it turns out Cybertek is a subsidiary of Roxxon.
