Jason [Aaron] stopped me from killing him last time. I was like, "And then I’ll kill the Minotaur," and Jason’s like, "Don’t do that." -- Al Ewing

There's a grim real-world truth in Dario Agger's refusal to die.

But man, I do wish one of his comeuppances would actually take.

Hey, if it’s good enough for the X-Men then it’s good enough for Mr. Agger.

I fear for Thor -- banishing Loki, romancing the Enchantress, muddling from one trial to the next, one danger to the next, and not doing very well as the All-Father. I wonder if Ewing's run is going to lead to Thor deciding he's not ready to be king and restoring Odin or promoting one of Odin's other children to the throne so he can be champion of the Nine Realms or somesuch.

Well, one way or another Marvel is not going to want to keep Thor as Allfather for any extended period of time. There's got to be an escape clause ready...

Yeah, Thor is not a character who needs a powerup, by any measure

Agger should learn he's not the only person who likes it when number go up. But with superheroes the number they like to go up is the number of times they hit the supervillain, the number of bones they break on the supervillain

I hope Agger's third comeuppance is as memorable as the first one. The second one was a bit disappointing, getting an axe in the back and off-panel at that.
