At a certain level you almost have to admire the Enforcers work ethic. Apart from Ox (possibly) none of them have super powers, and they must have each worked extremely hard to develop the range of skills they possess.
It feels like a prototype of the later Flash's Rogues in terms of proper blue collar supervillainy.
These guys don't want to take over the world, or make their clashes personal, they are professional enforcers and they have a job to do which they are suitably recompensed for.
(The fact that job is "wholesale violence against innocent people" sort of spoils the mood of course)
You know, Spidey...I bet the owners of the joint would have preferred you knocked Ox out BEFORE he ripped up the counter to throw at you. You had the time.
I love these goobers. Especially since they haven’t changed -much- over the years apart from the odd membership change and maybe upgrading gimmicks now and then.
Also sometimes they have a really flexible guy. I'm a little unclear on what Snake Marston adds to a team of, well, enforcers but "contortionist" seems to be a surprisingly common supervillain gimmick.
Ah, this was great. More superheroes-- especially Spider-Man -- should have a clean win like this every once in a while. It really helps put over how they're just on another level entirely (meaning that when bigger villains give them trouble, they must be really bad news.

Master martial artist.
Freakishly strong guy.
Man with a rope.
Okay, 2/3 of the Enforcers are great.
