I was about to comment on how the metal outfits with the meta skirts, oversized boots, and turtleneck sweaters were one of the worst outfit designs I've seen...

but then I got distracted by Supergirl in that last panel.

What's that going on under her skirt?

For someone whom this story is ostensibly all about, Supergirl sure seems to be doing a lot of standing around and not saying anything.
