The next part of Bane's plan involves getting the Riddler hopped up on Venom.

Bane finds the Riddler about to blow up a clock tower.

Batman turns up to stop the now-swole Riddler.

Of course Batman stops the bomb just in time.

The Riddler is about to poison the waters around Gotham City.

Bane’s goons are keeping an eye on things.

There was a very early New 52 story which was roughly " every Gotham villain gets dosed with Venom " - Two-Face is like " I'M ONE-FACE NOW ", the Ventriloquist is using dead adults as his puppets, etc.

Wondering if it was inspired by this.
