A character finally makes it into mainline DCU?

Half a page from Adventure Comics #6:

Lex: 'Superboy is no longer my son, Brainiac. He was a *mistake.* A *failed experiment.* Because I used the wrong *alien D.N.A.* So let's try *phase two.*' [THE END...FOR NOW.]

Two things: This has to be 'Brainiac's daughter,' right?

And this version of Lex is now officially slashy for Brainiac, too.
