The Queen announces she has a plan and confronts Dark Link with a demand for a life trial, which is a combat trial. The civilians get restless so Dark Link is forced to accept her challenge, the Queen chooses Link as her champion.



Always nice having a friend that can magically project him/herself to guilt you a about the town you're not saving.



Oh day of the Triforce you lovable plot device you.



Well Link should be fine as long as he sits in the corner of the screen and attacks.



Or maybe not...



And all parental abuse was strangely forgiven!

Well I should start scanning more Marvel stuff I suppose, unless people really want to see more zelda. Up to you!

Not the Link's Awakening remake I was expecting to read about, but it will certainly do.

(oh, RPG Maker creations.. so much crap, three or four things that should but never get finished, and some stuff you'd play at 2:30 on a lazy Sunday and then forget.)

Sheesh, I'd forgotten how.... bad these Zelda comics could be. ^_^*

I always did find it interesting, though, how all the Valiant Nintendo comics consistently had their backgrounds (and often even the objects the characters were holding) drawn with softer, lighter outlines while the chatacters were drawn with normal comic-book black outlines.

Did Valiant just want to save money by only having the inker work on the characters, I wonder?

So Link is holding on to Evil Link by one hand with the other awkwardly carrying a sword he wouldn't be in much of a position to use, and Evil Link is wearing boots... and Evil Link feels he's in such a bad position he should surrender? Clearly not the brightest bad guy there.

Oh man, these were awesome.

It's so weird how it used to be that Hyrule was just like, one place, and there were ostensibly things outside of it, instead of Hyrule being pretty much synonymous with "the known world" as it's more or less become.
