I am so in love with that top and the way the cape goes around her neck. Not too crazy on the bottom part and the weird boots. Also it seems Kara escaped the pants for all women policy.

It looks way too much like her skin for me.

Yeah, they do kind of have the same tone, but I think they're still supposed to be some kind of... Garment. It's the same color as the front of her boot, and that looks like something artificial.

i think it was SUPPOSED to be like blue tights, but was recolored to be skin because of "Trouser Gate"

Whatever the case there's some serious anatomy (or at least perspective) fail on her hips.
