Incorporated's been mentioned in DC's FCBD, in Tomasi's first Batman & Robin New 52 issue, and in Snyder's Batman, so I'm going with "yes." I think there's one of two things going on:
1. John thinks Bruce is the public money guy, but there might be something deeper going on. 2. Minor continuity hiccup.
