Didn't Johns say that last year during the Justice League International Annual. Future Booster Gold comes and warns present day about having to stop superman and womdermoman before both are thrown through time.
I have a feeling that what we might infer from that is meant to be a red herring, though. Superman and Wonder Woman hooking up is not going to cause problems in the DCU--it's going to be people overreacting to it.
