And Marvel continues to movie-fy their characters...



I really liked Yondu in 'Guardians of the Galaxy' (Michael Rooker steals the show as usual). But for all intents and purposes he was a pretty different character from the comics.

And now with the upcoming Star-Lord #2...



Yep, looks like MCU Yondu is now in the comics. They also seem to be lifting the father figure/Ravagers leader angle from the film as well.

Not something I'm losing sleep over but it's one of those things where you just have to shake your head at how transparent Marvel has become in making their comics movie tie-ins.

I always wondered if the great ZeeBee should sit down for a drink with Rory Williams one day and compare notes on avoiding certain death and experience of time-travel intercourse. Not to mention technique.
