Groo - Friends and Foes #12 (2015)
Dark Horse: "IT ALL COMES CRASHING DOWN!
It’s the grandest of finales as Groo: Friends and Foes wraps up with its twelfth and final issue. By now, everyone should have figured out how and where Kayli, the little girl Groo has been helping to find her father, finds her father. That is, if they’re smarter than Groo, and we hope for their sakes they are. This issue, like all of ’em, comes from the award-winning team of Sergio Aragonés and Mark Evanier."

And so it ends for everyone.
Let the Minstrel do the explaining:

Pretty much everyone who starred in previous issues flock to the city of Debar, each with their agenda: Weaver and Scribe want to write about Groo's death; the Sage wants to see it for himself; Grooella wants to invade the city, Taranto wants to sack it, Granny Groo wants to help the Minstrel, and so does Chakaal; and Pal wants to make a profit out of Groo's death.
The gypsies distract the guards and Granny releases the Minstrel.

Pal 'n Drumm charge for anyone who wants to hit a dead Groo. The Sage, sceptic as usual, is not convinced the barbarian is dead.

Actually, this issue really ties everyone well, so that is why I'm focusing primarily on the Minstrel and Kayli. But to sumarize what's not been scanned: Grooela and Chakaal manage to overthrow the king; Granny Groo spanks her grandson for not obeying his sister when she says the fight's over; Captain Ahax spends all his saving buying a new boat thinking Groo is dead, and then realizes that, well, he's not; Weaver and Scribe's reputation are destroyed after the fake news of the barbarian's death; and Taranto departs with whatever loot he's managed to get.
And Kayli and her father are finally reunited.

Aw, I'm a sucker for happy endings.
Kayli does show up in recent stories, but more as a sidekick to the Minstrel.
