Ladycastle #3

This week I have been reading Ladycastle. It's the 4issue miniseries about a castle where all the men went off tonight a dragon and died (apart from one) and the women have to keep the castle going with new rules.

The blacksmith's wife becomes the king, the princess in the tower becomes a knight, the younger princess becomes a squire and the hag in a well does the best she can.

But not all problems can be solved with swords and shields. Sometimes you need to deal diplomatically with some violent but etiquette obsessed harpies.

Welcome to Teatime. The first rule of Teatime is You do not talk with your mouth full.

The second rule of Teatime is You do not talk with your mouth full!

Third rule of Teatime: Kill them with kindness. If you show anger they win

And the fourth and final rule: If this is your first time at teatime, you have to serve tea.

I suspect that this lady and Emma Frost would probably get on.. if not exactly "well", then at least in amiable iciness.

So do they say it as "teatime" or "tee a timmeh"?
