As a writer, I’m no longer interested in the interior life of Batman. I think I’ve done enough of that... At this point, having done a ton of interior Batman stuff, I’m more interested in sort of an exterior Batman, more of a Batman solving crimes and fighting people and less of a Batman looking into his navel and thinking about the pearls. -- Tom King
