Cap receives a summons to Skull House for a final showdown with his old nemesis.

Horst is only dying in bed because the Skull beat him.

Cap and Nomad follow the summons and do battle with the Sisters of Sin.

This is right about where I started reading Captain America regularly as a much younger person.
Fake Arnie melting was such a freaky moment, and the Sisters of Sin were a wild concept. (Though in retrospect they remind me of the Female Furies...)
