Between this and Power Girl remembering in her latest issue, I think it's safe to say that Max is going to get an EPIC ass-whoppin' by the end of Generation Lost. It's going to be so epic with so many people involved Norman's going to feel it in his jail cell from universes away.

Hmm, I wonder if, now that his task has been accomplished, Max doesn't care if they remember. Something like that couldn't have been permanent anyway (short of really stupid editorial mandate), so folks eventually remembering might be part of the plan.
