On one hand some of these are cool (although technically I would have preferred a bit more photorealism art if they're going to go with movie poster ripoffs) but it's very revealing on who DC thinks the age range for these titles are - Purple Rain, Free Willy and The Lost Boys? Really? Gone with the Wind and The Wizard of Oz are classics but a load of movies from the early 90s?

Not the movies so much as the posters perhaps, they are all visually striking and unique in their own way.

This isn't the complete range, which can be seen here and which covers a wider timeframe... perhaps I tended to pick ones I was familiar with from my own youth; Purple Rain was 1984, The Lost Boys is 1987, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure is 1989 and os on.
