Given how long ago OMD was now - nearly ten years, surely? - and the amount of stuff they've built on that story's back, I could actually see it as Marvel having made things difficult for themselves to remove that story.

No harder than getting rid of the 20 years & upwards of stories where Peter was married.

Honestly I'd be surprised if, when&if they do a storyline reversing One More Day, they don't make it so just Peter gains his memories back for maximum angst.

I feel like it'd be much easier just to have Peter and MJ get together again, an explicit undoing would be a retcon of a retcon, which is just a big headache for everyone.
