Oh please, like the Avengers don't have a way to tell if a Skrull has secretly replaced someone on the team, ever since the last Secret Invasion, where a Skrull replaced someone on almost every team, including Spider-Woman, Hank Pym, and Jarvis.
So who's it gonna be? Steve? Tony? Natasha? Carol? Maya? T'Challa?
I dunno, it would be kind of funny for it to be Maya. Just imagine Skrull imitating Phoenix. Or Skull empowered by Phoenix.

Between this and the nonsense over in X-men Red...getting real annoying when there's these space stories involving Skrulls and Kree that should get more than a brief namedrop for Hulkling yet we get nothing...except a bad Infinity comic in a few months.

And "friend"? Uh... no. Iron Man might like her, and Cap at least probably thinks she isn't a colossal screw-up (depending on whether we're now supposedly to completely forget Secret Empire or not). But that's it.
Wondering if these Skrulls were a bunch of idiots sent off by their mysterious boss to get captured on purpose, just to get rid of them. Because how stupid do you have to be when Maria Hill can catch you in the first act?
Didn't the original Secret Invasion basically say there's a cosntant arms-race between skrull shapechanging/camouflage and various heroes coming up with ways of detecting them?
How many times have they fallen for Mystique posing as Mystique and "This time I surely won't stab you in the back, face and your little pinky toes too"?
The Skrulls are an entire species. Why does Hulkling need to be taken into account whenever some of them do something bad? It'd be like asking the American President about every time some American supervillain acts up. Except even more so because we're talking species, not nationality.
The toilets are just part of it. This implies there is a plumbing system installed. Water is being gathered from somewhere and runs through the body of a god. There's a water heater somewhere for after training showers. Then the toilets suggest that there is a septic tank somewhere, hopefully outside of the Celestial, but let's not kid ourselves.
Speaking of heat, it's pretty damn cold where that thing is, so there has to be a heating system inside. I mean, it's dead, so there's no heat being produced by it naturally.
If they can't work a character as important as the leader of the Skrulls into a story that's supposed to decide "the fate of the entire Skrull race" then maybe they shouldn't be telling it. Books that get pushed just for bad synergy don't go well either.
The best part about the X-Men always falling for Mystique is that you can't swing a dead cat on Krakoa without hitting an Omega-level telepath, but her vaguely defined "resistance (not immunity) to telepathy" protects her.
Superman can find someone in a city of millions by listening for their specific heartbeat until the story requires that he... not... do that. If comics made sense, nobody would ever fall for a Skrull ever again, and the Joker would never get out of jail.
But here we are: slaves to the storyline. Reed Richards is only useless until you realize that him actually changing the world with his delicious brains would... you know: change the world, and nobody really wants that.
