Asking writers to include a character they have no place or room in the story for usually does not go well.

If they can't work a character as important as the leader of the Skrulls into a story that's supposed to decide "the fate of the entire Skrull race" then maybe they shouldn't be telling it. Books that get pushed just for bad synergy don't go well either.

It's the Marvel universe. Stuff that decides the fate of an entire race happen every Wednesday.

True, but cameos for the sake of cameos, that don’t serve the story, won’t help it any.
