The Guardians inform Earth's heroes that they have yet again saved them all from a planet-ending threat.

Hey, Gauntlet was cool!!

Kinda bad form how everyone on Earth is nonchalant about their prison being overrun. You take away someone's freedom, you're sort of responsible for them.

I can't imagine that Jack Flag was the only white hat stuck in there, too.

"Re-spons-sib-il-ty? What is this word?" -- Tony's side during Civil War. Which is particularly bad look, since that's what they used to justify the whole thing.

All indications (given Jack doesn't mention anyone else left behind) are that Jack was indeed the only hero stuck in there by that point.
Possibly related that he's the only legitimate hero the Thunderbolts managed to catch.
And only then because Bullseye gouged him in the spine.
