A Very Magneto Family Reunion

First post on the new community and what do I put up? A fan comic. Guess I'm a bad contributer. But, hey, it is about one of the Marvel's universe's favorite horribly over-complicated mutant families!



I've been commenting here for a few months now and just realized I haven't contributed much outside of snarky comments. Decided to go light for my first post and put up a little fan-comic I did.




The art isn't my best and I had to cut it into thirds and stack it to make it fit. Oh well. If you're interested in more of my stuff, then here's a link to my stuff

I always liked the fact that Magneto is very closely connected to a large amount of the Marvel Universe. Can't draw the Vision to save my life.

I was going over the guidelines for posting and realized this might count as too self-indulgent, so I'm including a relevant page I had in one of my folders. It is from the Son of M series, which was pretty good. (If I screwed up on anything, just tell me and I'll fix/delete this page.)




Poor Luna. That girl has a rough life ahead of her, assuming Marvel doesn't go all Cry for Justice on us.

Given that this is supposed to be everybody who's vaguely related to Magneto, and that Victor is (through Magneto->Scarlet Witch->Vision->Ultron->Victor), I assume it's him.

Granted, that makes Victor something like Magneto's grand step-nephew twice removed. (I don't actually know if that's any where close to being right.)

Also, I assume that the person next to Polaris is a Summers of some sort.

I'd argue that technically these are two family reunions, since the Vision/Scarlet Witch connection is no longer valid.

For extra credit: Chart out the extended relations of the characters, including the Inhumans, Captain Marvel & (multiple) Kangs.

Brobot is totally hilarious though.

Can you explain? Because I don't see the connection between them and everyone else. Unless it's through Ultron?

Vision, actually. He used to be married to Wanda, and Tommy and Billy were their kids somehow, at least before Disassembled. Vision was created by Ultron, Ultron created by Pym.

Wait, that's wrong, isn't it? It was Byrne who made the kids the result of Wanda's reality-warping, not Bendis. I think?

Also, the way Billy's leaning back is kind of adorable, but Pietro's body kind of goes off the rails at the waist.

You know, I think you're right. I thought the one in the second panel was Tommy due to relative sizes or whatever, but given his hair and the conversation with Luna (i forgot who she was until now), I had them swtitched.

That another thing that irks me about OMD, that it just recon the Spider-Man stories and no-one else. I know that threw alot of history out the window when they dump the water with the baby, but I think it would be a lot more acceptable if the entire Marvel verse got change. I mean, it would be nice if Jean just died 2 time and came back 3?

Shouldn't Wonder Man be there since visions personality was originally based on Simon's brainwaves... and Kang because current Vision is kinda a AI version of young Kang with all of Original Visions Memories....

and what about Ultron's second wife Alkhema... who was based on Mockingbird's brainwaves so Bobbi should be there too... and if Bobbi's there might as well have Hawkeye...

Don't forget Wanda's alternate reality daughter Nocturne who lived in 616 for a little while.

They really need to repair the original Vision so he can meet his sons.

Dude, if we bring alternate realities into this its just going to get messy. I mean if we count Nocturne, we have to count Kurt... if we count Kurt then we bring in Mystique and Mephisto... freaking Mephisto... which brings in Blackheart.... and Mystique brings in Rogue who dated Joseph (Magneto's clone) and kinda sorta Magneto...

This gets Jerry Springer really quick.

speaking of Pym and Jocasta does it seem like Seige is ready to turn Hank back into a butt monkey and take all this back? It really sucks if it is. Yeah, it was a little weird but it wasn't bad.

Considering it's the same writer who specifically said he was trying to rescue Pym from buttmonkey status, yet created the (huge) opening for the incest cracks, I wouldn't be surprised if it is. Annoyed, but not surprised.

I just skimmed the issue, but it seemed to feature the claim the Scientist Supreme thing was fake and Ultron taking over the Jocasta's. I mean honestly the incest jokes have been done with Ultron and Jan and it doesn't keep people from regarding Ultron as an awesome villain.

Oh, the issue was worse than that. The scientist supreme thing was fake, Thor's trusting Loki (again) and invokes Jan's name as an attempt to keep Pym in line as he sees fit, Pym's seemingly lost his mind, the entire team's up and abandoned him without so much as a "Dude, maybe you should check and make sure you haven't been skipping your pills again," and Ultron's taken over the Jocastas. So, yeah, it's pretty much all coming crashing down.

It would be nice if it was, 'cause really, he gets dumped on way too much, but considering the running theme of Pym when it comes to writers seems to be "can't have a good life for longer than x amount of time before he cracks and has to start redeeming himself all over again," I'm not holding my breath.
