Really lovely scene and certainly one of Saint Walker's best. But I have to wonder. Wasn't one of the big points of Blackest Night that that only people with connections to the heroes became Black Lanterns? Or are they doing it because Black Hand burying them disgraced them?
I think Coast City's dead were raised due to Hal Jordan's connection to the city, much like Xanshi was raised even though John Stewart didn't know every single person there. I think it was Nekron using a little overkill to remind both GLs of their biggest failures.
as much as people disliked the idea that they used Alington, that scene brought tears to my eyes. Wonderwoman defending the Nation's Dead, and the dedication of the soldier's who stayed behind to help defend as well was very moving. Wonderwoman is, after all, a soldier and a warrior
That was my opinion. I didn't like that they disturbed Arlington, but it did create a Crowning Moment of Awesome for the Guards. (They have quite a few in real life, as well.)

If Marvel has Damage Control to clean up the superhero mess, what does DC have?

I wonder if Walker will try to befriend Atrocitus later on, since they had that talk back during Blackest Night.
