What happened to Parallax?

As you may remember, Hal Jordan freed and rejoined with Parallax during Blackest Night in order to help defeat the Black Lantern Spectre. The two were separated again, but Parallax vanished without explanation... until now.



You'll note that this plan by the hooded villain does not include capturing the Black Hand or the Entity.

I think it could be some sort of dinosaur. Many birds mate for life, birds came from dinosaurs so make the first creature to feel love be a dinosaurish thing.
