An Egg's Coming-Out Party: CCAHAZC #5

Two more years from now, we will be as far away from the release of Raiders of the Lost Ark as Raiders was from the world of 1936 that it portrayed. Yep, it's that old.

After four sequels and a TV spinoff, each (with one early exception) more poorly received than the last, the franchise seems endangered and has been labeled box office poison. But in 1982? Anything Indiana Jones-related seemed to guarantee fun.

( Of course, adding a monsterfied Easter egg to your story is some extra insurance on that front. )

It Came From Kindle Unlimited: Red Sonja by Mark Russell

Note: This is a four-volume series, but with a fifth volume--Killing Red Sonja--taking place directly between Volume 2 and Volume 3. Weirdly, Amazon doesn't list these as all one series in order, but they are. I think there's also a Valentine's Day Special that's important to the plot, but isn't included in the TPBs.
