Oh no. Looks like Tony is going to have to become rich again. Shouldn't take long. If we're supposed to be shocked at the loss of his wealth, they're going to be disappointed. "Demon in a Bottle" already happened. Stark has lost it all and rebuilt it from the ground up before. He can do it again.

And if this is Ezkiel Stane's doing, it'll look like even more of a rehash.

Wouldn't it make more sense to DISPOSE of the WMDs instead of store them away to be uncovered by a supervillain later?

Oh, these aren't doomsday devices. They're WMDs. Stark hasn't touched the doomsday devices. Unless you count Stilt-man's armor as a doomsday device. I could see why you would, considering the raw power it possesses, however, I believe that as a suit of armor, it doesn't quite fit the description of a device.

You're assuming there's even a way to safely dispose of them. That's Marvel mad science tech. You could probably crack the sun with it.

There's a reason Iron Man has never incorporated stilts into his armor. He knows the destructive power they possess.

Not all of it. Some of it is going to be simple explosive devices and such. And he can always disassemble them. Sell the scrap, get back on his feet that way.

Even if it is another "Tony's lost everything" story, at least it's a moderately interesting one.

Wasn't it a thing in Fraction's run that Zeke is not an innovator, just a guy who copies?
So him recycling his schemes would make sense, at least.

I do like how Ex Nihilio's terraforming of Mars is still a big thing a decade later.

Yeah, I just wasn't sure if this was something actually shown, or if it all went down off panel and it's like, "well, this is where we are now."

In the previous run by Christopher Cantwell, Tony ended up at an auction selling off a bunch of different high tech weapons and he bought *all* of them (except for the Mandarin's Ten Rings, which Riri bought), spending up almost his entire fortune. That led into this run.

Ezekiel Stane is dead. By issue three, we already know who did this and it's someone relatively new.

He's not his dad. Zeke Stane will undoubtedly be back.

He tried roller skates for a while...to charge his battery on the move. Sure, why not? But I don't think he ever went the in-line skates route.

So far,this run's been good (though oddly X-adjacent, though perhaps not so odd, given Duggan's one of the main X-Writers). Tony hasn't made any "needs the stupid punched out of him" decisions yet.
