"Venom and his hosts have a degree of inherent unpredictability - not to mention antisociability - that makes for all manner of thrill-power, and also a fair amount of gritty character drama as various humans have to work out their relationships with this alien goo-beast. (And the many other alien goo-beasts he brings along for the ride.)"
-- Al Ewing
Eddie Brock has returned from the Garden at the End of Time and is demanding two things: his son, Dylan, and his Other, Venom. Unfortunately, Venom has left Dylan. Where is it now?

And of course Peter is the best possible person to pull the symbiote out of its funk, because nobody knows more about unearned self-blame than Peter Parker. He may still struggle when that blame is his own, but dealing with other people's? No friggin' problem.

Sensing heavy shade coming from that horse.
(And does it not presuppose that Dylan was claiming to be a faithful copy in the first place?)
Ooh, feeling bad for an alien goo monster. That's some writing there.
Also, Peter displaying even moderate signs of being a functional human adult is always appreciated.
