Four scans from the second issue of Generation Lost, as things get worse for our heroes.

In the last issue, Max managed to wipe any information about himself from the brains of everyone. (And it seems like we're talking everyone everywhere, not just on earth.) This issue reveals that his mind control also extends to images when the group shows Superman a picture of Diana snapping Max's neck that he sees as her holding a sword.

Undeterred, they find more superheroes to try to convince.

Say it with me guys/girls: "oh my fuuuuck."

The "Ice-attacking-Guy" thing isn't just a rumor. Guy really believes that she tried to kill him and, as an extention, so does the whole Green Lantern corps. The reason why? Well, you probably guessed it.

They theorize that the reason he hasn't done anything to Booster's reputation is because it already sucks. They set out to investigate some more and end up running into an old friend (sorta).

Hmm, so when Bruce finally does come back, he'll totally blow Max's plan out of the water, because he wasn't in the timeline when the mindwipe happened. I wonder if that's part of the overall plan.

Bah. I really hope Bat-Messiah is not the linchpin to this plotline.

It probably will be, you know. Look at the timing, by the time Bruce comes back, it'll have been running for a while, and he's got a history of finding his way around mind control (like figuring out Zatanna's mindwipe).

Neither do I, honestly. This should work as a quick fix only, at best, since there are a hundred ways this could be taken care of. Starfire and others who are off-world at the moment coming back, Diana or J'onn shaking off the mind control, and robots being affected doesn't even make sense!

Seriously, I think this is unutterably stupid given that Max has never even been hinted to have this sort of level of power, even with that degree of bleeding (which should at minimum have left him blind or otherwise severely damaged).

On one hand I don't want Bruce to be the one to blow Max's plot, but on the other hand I do want him to be involved with this story. Being lost in time he shouldn't have been effected by Max's mojo and he was a vital part of the JLI.
