Following up on Lucien's turning story, we get Ginevra's! So how does our favorite grouchy heroine become a creature of the night and Audric's girlfriend?

By getting married....


...and delighting said masochistic husband...


...then meeting a cute hitchhiker whilst running away...


...and scarring the maid...


...and finally setting up shop and producing more pale-skinned Frencie vampires.


So obviously, the coven's pretty much inept at escaping. A rescue it has to be!

I know that this is an EXTREME nitpick, given the primarily humorous nature of this comic, but I'm reasonably certain the 'I am Mr. Rubber, you are Mr. Glue' taunt was unknown to Revolutionary France.
As long as we're in that vein, though - 'I like BUNNIES! Nice, HAPPY little bunnies with wiggly NOSES!' I wonder how Angilie would react to meeting Bunnicula...?

Apparently several essays regarding the rubber comment (some supporting that idea, others refuting it) was sent to Meconis. Don't know the conclusion though!

Well, I'm not really up on the history of just when rubber was discovered and so forth, but I'm fairly certain that it didn't become widely used until much, much later than the French Revolution. I mean, the international rubber trade, which financed whole empires, took place in the mid-19th century, and this is set in the... 18th, I think?

One would assume not, no. If rubber had been discovered at all back then, it was probably just as a novelty item.
