I'm not sure if you're trying to be comprehensive or not, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one more incident involving the X-Men and the New Mutants from the late 80s -- it was in an annual and I think it had Mojo and the ... ahem... X-Babies in it. There was a crowd shot of the captive audience of a play (or other show). I seem to vaguely recall the New Mutants being in the 'foreground' with thought bubbles as part of this audience, and in the row immediately behind them was a very obvious Clark & Lois.

Of course, now bunches of people will swarm out of the woodwork to correct me... :P

(Though, sadly, it reminds me of a certain individual who frequented a Marvel superhero RPG forum, who saw pages like this as PROOF that the DC and Marvel Universes are the exact same universe, and always have been. Also, that the DBZ Universe is part of it, as 'proven' by the existence of some green aliens who were named after cheeses.)
