If this gets The Captain and teen brat Tabby into regular continuity I'll be very happy, though it feels odd for the Beyond Corporation to be this confident.

Also, as with other Marvel titles I can't help but feel a bunch of writers were told "Battleworld is happening soon, so go nuts. Whatever you want, we're wiping the slate in a few months anyhow. Get away with anything."

Yep. The Nextwave crew seems to remember but no-one else knows what the heck they're talking about whenever any of them bring it up.
