Man, I miss Stern writing the Black Knight. He was actually capable, effective, and trusted then.

Also, Karla seems... oddly shocked by the thought that Crusher and Mary might have killed a couple cops. Considering she's done/will do far, far worse.

Yeah I loved the Black Knight back in those days, and the mix of personalities that was this team.

And it's tragic that I've never seen Dane written as well since.
