If nothing else, I find it interesting that the subtext has skipped right past text and gone all the way to supertext. THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE walked so that this series could run.

Even though the ending may not have been what I expected. This comics series was still a rock-solid great with creativity of a interesting plot

Normally, I'm not too fond of "Joker and Harley happily ever after," but this version vaults right over my usual objections by giving her the upper hand. The way she cheerfully threatens him even as she expresses her wedded bliss--and he stammers briefly in his otherwise triumphant villain speech--is a little charming, a little twisted, and genuinely funny.

Joker's got to have had a lot of emergency dental appointments after all his encounters with Batman and the like. How many of his real teeth are left?

I thought it was one of her...what are they called...Nightwing uses something like them. She keeps them on the side of her wheelchair.

Actually had him in tears. Not sure if it was from the agony of having his teeth shattered, exposing raw nerve and such, or the loss of his smile, but Joker had tears running down his cheeks.

So, what's the canon status on this thing? I thought it was modern mainline, but the Harley thing throws that all into question for me.

It's not of great importance to me, mind. I can accept it for whatever it is, I just like to have all my cards sorted, so to speak.
