Oh yeah. Dude has one of the most horrifying MOs out there—raising the dead from their graves as zombies with black magic—and then he completely nullifies any intimidation factor from that by dressing as a giant chicken!

Zemo is 100% that guy who swears everything is fine and never asks for help.

Expect with the Masters of Evil where he just gives orders.

It must be so hard for Fixer and Nazi Cap to be his boyfriends.

As a matter of fact, way back in AVENGERS #6, when Zemo and the Masters of Evil were spraying Adhesive X all over the city, the heroes convinced Pete to concoct a solvent to neutralize it (promising him a reduced prison sentence in return). Apparently, no one bothered to tell Zemo about this, and I guess it never occurred to him to wonder how they'd managed it.

Indeed, Pete was the first...if not the only...guy to invent a solvent powerful enough to remove Adhesive X. It should be noted that Paste-Pot never even knew of its existence prior to inventing it. That is talent.

Y'know, Baron Zemo had a similar schtick, but he was SMART and called it "Adhesive X"!

Years later in continuity (way before IRL) the Trapster was part of a plot to frame Spidey for murder.

I do remember that story. Petey and Pete bonding while Spidey tried out a new costume.

If I recall correctly, Stiltman had him totally at his mercy. However, Spider-Man had saved his life earlier and he couldn't bring himself to finish the Wall-Crawler off.

There was a backup in an 80s or 90s annual that was something like "Spidey's most humiliating defeats" that had two Stiltman incidents.

He had him dead to rights here, really. Spider-Man was laughing too damn hard. If Pete had fired at him, Spidey would have been glued but good.
