Well he was more of a "Have sex in the rain after beating up goons, kidnap an orphan and force to hunt rats for food, use inappropriate language" kind of crazy, not "Act like the public perception of Bruce Wayne pretending to be Batman while dressed as Batman" kind of crazy

That's either funny in a way the comic didn't intend or is completely intentional given what Danger Girl is known for.
