The cover with the heroes all wielding weapons like they’re about to engage in a Jets vs Sharks rumble… why does Peter have a baseball bat, Miles brass knuckles, Jen the spiky chains… it’s a symbolic but so illogical image.

I think we’ll see all the other local heroes in the other billion tie-in storylines. And the NYCBolts seem to have been quickly forgotten or otherwise downplayed, given we’re already getting Bucky’s more cinematic SpyBolts.
The first issue of the Luke Cage tie-in says he’s requesting funding for a leaner, tighter Thunderbolts program, so I guess it’s suspended or on hold due to budget issues. Though later in that issue someone suggests he call them so… they better show up at some point or be explained away.
