Ah. So that's why he kept Laura alive. Creed wants to make HIM do it.

There is a page in this issue where Quentin Quire suggests Sabretooth is in love with Logan, and Creed replies that Quentin can't possibly understand the depth of his connection with Logan.

Just so you know.

Have we ever been given a reason why Sabretooth has such an obsession with Logan? I know Sabretooth is a sadist, and I know they've had all their gory fights over the years, but "murder all your loved ones in gruesome ways on your birthday and design ludicrous physical and psychological torture year after year after year" is really something. Why Logan?

We've been given several conflicting ones. There was that time when Logan formed the first X-Men which ended with him getting the love of Creed's life killed. There was another time when Logan met up with Creed's kid brother (the runt, who we were led to think was Creed himself for most of the mini) and sister and killed the brother. Who up to that point had been Creed's puppy to kick instead of Logan.

And so forth.

There's also the theory that he's just waiting for Logan to trick him into saying "Htootrebas, aka Dreec Rotciv" and banish him back to the Claw Dimension, but it's a bit of a mouthful

Quentin, who out of the two of them is the most likely to have read Homestuck, might go, "Oh it's like the Trolls then."

My new headcanon is he tried to talk Phoebe into cosplaying Rose.

Now, if he'd kept it going with Gwenpool it might have happened.

Okay, so I'm not the only one who has this hyper-specific headcanon of him being a Homestuck fan.
