In Borovia, Cobra has teamed up with our old friend Metz, the genocidal 'resistance leader' Magda and the White Clown decided to spare. Now that they're captured, let's see how things go.

Have Spirit and Mutt really been under investigation this whole time? And no one bothered to take a closer look at Millville until there were literal giant robots running around? My gosh.
Geez.
It turns out to be Billy, but who has time for that?
Meanwhile, Cobra Commander is smarting over the loss of the Silent Castle, until Mindbender tells him that he can get it back by activating Destro and Zartan's sleeper programming.
This is one of several reasons I wouldn't let Mindbender perform dentistry on me.
Ah, geez, Roadblock, why'd they have to drag you into this?
They're all going into space, but that won't be important until next issue.
Just in case you're getting lulled into a false sense of security by all these classic characters, we see Ninja Force moving into Spanish Harlem and opening up a dojo, but not before trouncing a Multiethnic 80s Street Gang (sorry, no mohawks).
