scans_dailyCobra continues its military campaign while Star Brigade fights Russian robots. The Cobra stuff is shorter and more self-contained, so I'll largely stick to that. I don't think anyone reads this for the Oktober Guard.
So, hey, would now be a good time to ask if the sleeper agent programming that Mindbender is using to control Destro and Zartan is a variation on Venom's brainwave scanner? You'd think so, right? Well, famously, that couldn't get Clutch & friend to go against their own morality. How come Cobra Commander is able to get Destro and Zartan to not only work for him, but to assault the Baroness and use chemical weapons, things which were against their moral code even when they were willingly with Cobra?
And just so you're not totally bereft of GI Joe in space...
