*probably obligatory joke about Claremont villains wanting Storm's bod*
... ... actually, jokes about Claremont's fetishes aside, just wondering, as someone who hasn't read every issue he ever wrote: Did Emma-as-written-by-Chris ever actually display interest in men? I know next issue she and Shaw kiss, but he's the one who initiates it, and the rest of their interaction there reads a lot less like lovers and more partners in crime (not quite friends, because they don't really fit the description, but definitely two people who have a good working relationship). ... ordinarily I wouldn't wonder, but.. y'know. Claremont.
That's a pretty nice looking cell Emma's thrown Ororo into. King-sized bed, dressing table, a desk... Quite considerate of her. ("Comfortable accommodations, guards dim but considerate. 4 out of 5 slop buckets, would be imprisoned here again.")
It is an odd thing. In all the years he was writing X-Men Claremont constantly did teases of "what if Storm went evil" and never actually went there. I mean, he did in X-Men: Forever, and I suppose there was Shaitan in X-Men: The End, but while he was on the main books? Nothing. Not like there was anything stopping him, either.
Storm in a cardigan. Huh. Think my brains just broke.
Founded by girl geeks and members of the slash fandom, scans_daily strives to provide an atmosphere which is LGBTQ-friendly, anti-racist, anti-ableist, woman-friendly and otherwise discrimination and harassment free.
Bottom line: If slash, feminism or anti-oppressive practice makes you react negatively, scans_daily is probably not for you.

So... mind-swapping is a power of Emma's, now? Cool.
Uh, if he powers stayed with her body, then she can't switch back, though, can she?
Emma's blonde hair matched with that purple gown reminds me of Bonne Jenet from Fatal Fury.

(Sometimes, Claremont can be very Silver Age.)
