Well, first it's Punchline, a character for whom I have no particular affection in the first place...
And the art in this issue is just somewhere between unsettling and offputting. A little too angular and cartoony for my liking. Harley looks like someone and I can't quite put my finger on who.

every time was a bad decision. It messes with the line spacing and makes it look like everyone is shouting it.

Also, Pamela? Aren't you, like, immune to poison?

It also doesn't feel like it would trip off the tongue IRL? Most popular brands in entertainment tend to have snappy names that you can say three times fast - e.g. Tiktok, Twitch, etc. Having to say "Ecks Oh" every time is laborious.

Usually when a "new character" spends some time effortlessly clowning on veterans it's to establish their badass bona fides and it's generally understood that they'll get their comeuppance at some point, after which they might settle down and become part of the regular rotation or shrink to occasional cameos depending on how well their initial arc went over.

Still waiting on that with Punchline, and in the meantime I don't find her interesting or entertaining at all. She's just smug and gets away with everything because of what I'm assuming is editorial mandate.
