Welp, that’s The Crossing done. It sure was an event that existed. I don’t think I will continue with the adventures of Teen Tony. There is barely enough time to adjust to the new situation before Tony is thrust into yet another crossover, then Onslaught straight after that.

Still can't believe this got a huge Omnibus edition. What a mess of a tale, one of the good things about Heroes Reborn was the excuse to brush it all off.

It's kind of funny that everyone is there with their MOST EXTREME 90'S COSTUMES and Cap is sitting there as... just Cap.

Was Thor even involved in the Crossing? In his book I think he was de-powered during this, right? Man that Thor costume might be one of the worst in comics. Even worse than that Hawkeye look.

The Crossing - definitely a bunch of stuff that happened.
Except for the bits that didn't.
And the bits that later turned out to be lies.

Twenty two issues.
So this was a good chunk of that year on this story.


Also, that bit with Madame Masque not getting how time travel works... so the Avengers just dragged Teen Tony off for a fight with his crazy evil future self, and he stays in this universe for a few months before dying... as far as anyone there knows their world's Tony just up and disappeared one day.
Which probably messed things up without all the stuff he would've had to do.

Ah, pity. For what I've heard of this period over the years and seen only now -- to say nothing of them basing a whole cartoon on the idea -- I'm curious.
