Chris Claremont valiantly attempting to make "the Dark Angel" happen.
It's so fetch!

Apparently Terry's sonic scream can, in addition to allowing to her to fly, generate a sonic barrier and function as a sort of... telekinesis?
Good ol' Claremont. Never one to let piddly mortal 'science' get in the way of things.

(... if you have Juggernaut, why use her to bust open the bank? Why not just have Cain tear his way in? Or was it work placement for villains?)

Smart thinking from Black Tom. Villains so rarely consider the consequences of their actions. Yeah, if you get caught, you go to jail for stealing and such. If you silence witnesses, however, you have a whole different level of problems.

At the time, I thought these issues were mind-blowingly good. In retrospect, they're merely okay. But Spider-Woman had been so bad for so long, that "merely okay" looked like genius by comparison.
