It is later revealed that these aren't the Time-Keepers, rather their alternate counterparts known as the Time-Twisters. They are next seen in What If...?, in which they battle Immortus for control of time.

Kind of rude of the Avengers to stand around whispering about Wanda when she's only a few feet from them...

An interesting contrast of the thirty or so years between this and The Wasp.
Here, Jan's paralysed and then killed. There, she just hunts down the Creature and drives a truck into it.
